The Dallas Convention Center cares about you and your guests. Your safety and well-being are as important as your enjoyment of the event and our facility. With that in mind, three First Aid Rooms are located throughout the DCC and staffed when guests are on site.

Medcor, Inc., a nationally recognized workplace health management firm, provides healthcare and first aid coverage for events held at the Convention Center. Your event plans and the number of expected guests will determine the Emergency Medical Service staff required, based on state and national standards.
