Do you provide rooftop access?

Rooftop access is prohibited. Signs and banners may not be hung from the roof, and antennas may not be installed on the roof.

Do I need to supply floor plans for my island booth?

Submit a floor plan showing the location of the service to be installed at least 30 days before the first move-in day of your event.

How long does the power stay on?

All electrical services include 24-hour power. For additional information, please contact the approved utility service provider chosen by the event organizer.

Can I plug my equipment into existing outlets?

All electrical services must be completed by the approved utility service provider selected by the event organizer. Please contact them should you have any questions.

Are ceiling drops or rigging points available? If so, are there additional costs?

This process is managed by your General Service Contractor and must be approved by KBHCCD in advance. Once installed, all rigging is subject to inspection by the KBHCCD. Rigging inspection fees apply. For additional policies and procedures, including weight limitations, contact your Event Manager.

Will there be a service desk on the show floor?

It is up to each event organizer and/or their general service contractor to decide whether to provide a service desk on the show floor for their event. Please contact the event organizer to confirm this information.

Can I bring my generator?

Outside generators are prohibited at the KBHCCD.

How do I go about ordering electrical services?

Electrical must be ordered for each booth requiring power through the electrical provider selected by the event organizer. Up to 100 AMP service can be provided at any floor pocket in the exhibit halls. All electrical services must be completed by the approved utility service provider selected by the event organizer to handle the event. If you would like to order electrical service, please refer to the exhibitor kit produced by the event organizer and/or its general service contractor.
